Property clearouts, furniture removal and full site clean-outs across South East Queensland. Family owned and locally run — you deal directly with the person doing the job, not a call centre.
Rapid Rubbish Removals is a family-owned business founded by Jimmy in 2008, working right across South East Queensland — not a franchise, and not a call centre.
Rapid started because of the same three complaints people kept making about rubbish removal: the truck that never turned up, the price that changed once the job was underway, and the load that got half-cleared and left.
So it's built the other way around. You send photos, Jimmy quotes off what's actually there, and the price is agreed before anything is loaded. If the job turns out bigger than the photos showed, you hear about it before it moves — not on the invoice afterwards. When you call, you're talking to the person who'll be doing the work.
That covers a single couch through to a full property clearance, and everything between — warehouse strip-outs, deceased estates, bond clean-outs, multi-day jobs. Real estate agents, property managers, landlords, executors, builders and homeowners across the SEQ corridor. Big or small, it's the same standard and the same person answering the phone.
Everything from a single couch to an entire property, quoted from photos and priced before anything is loaded.
Whole properties emptied top to bottom — tenant abandonments, evictions, hoarding situations and long-neglected homes taken back to bare floors.
Single items or a houseful. Lounges, beds, whitegoods, mattresses and office furniture taken out and disposed of properly.
Storage units and backyard sheds emptied completely and swept out, ready to hand back or lock up.
Commercial spaces stripped out — dead stock, pallets, racking, fit-out debris and end-of-lease leftovers.
The whole reset — inside emptied, yard cleared, green waste taken, and the place left presentable. Handover bond cleaning is not included.
Careful, unhurried clearance of a family home. Nothing is thrown out without being seen, and the work moves at the family's pace.
Everything the outgoing tenant left, removed before the final inspection. Bond cleaning is a separate trade and is not included.
Same phone number whether it's one item or an entire estate.
No site visit needed to get a price.
Fill in the form and attach photos of what needs to go. Photos are what make an accurate quote possible.
A price comes back the same day, based on what’s actually in the photos. No obligation.
Choose a date and a two-hour window. It’s a request, not a locked booking, until it’s confirmed.
Everything is loaded, the area is swept, and the load is sorted for recycling before anything reaches landfill.
Real properties, real loads. Galleries are added as jobs are completed.

Every job is quoted individually — there’s no fixed price list, because a single couch and a four-bedroom clear-out aren’t the same job. Send photos through the quote form and you’ll have a price back the same day, with no obligation.
Photos are what make an accurate quote possible without a site visit. Volume, access and weight all change the price, and none of that comes across over the phone. Up to ten photos can be attached to the form.
Not usually. If the items are accessible and you’ve confirmed what’s going, arrangements can be made for access. For deceased estates and anything where items need sorting, it’s better if someone is on site.
It depends on the job size and where you are. Brisbane and Logan are usually quickest. Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Toowoomba need more notice. Pick a preferred date on the form and you’ll get a straight answer either way.
Asbestos, chemicals, paint, gas bottles, tyres in bulk, and anything classed as hazardous or contaminated waste. If you’re not sure, include it in the photos and ask.
Loads are sorted before disposal. Anything reusable goes to charity or resale, scrap metal and green waste are separated, and only what’s left goes to a licensed transfer station.
No. Rubbish removal and property clearance only. The Full Property Revival service empties and clears a property, but the handover bond clean is a separate trade and isn’t included.
Yes, and it’s handled differently to a standard clear-out. Nothing is disposed of without being seen, items of value and personal documents are set aside, and the work moves at the family’s or executor’s pace.
Yes — Rapid Rubbish Removals carries public liability insurance. ABN 84 692 528 359. If your agent, body corporate or building manager needs paperwork before access is granted, just ask and it will be sent through.
